If applicable, company you work for, job title, articles of incorporation of the company, power of attorney of the legal representative registered with the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, the company’s phone numbers and emails, billing details, bank account data, and any information and/or documents necessary for tracking contractual/commercial matters. Image and voice captured via electronic means, i.e., videoconferencing, telepresence, and video calls.
Documentation (copies): Official ID with photo, articles of incorporation, power of attorney of the legal representative, tax ID certificate (RFC), and proof of address.
Suppliers, Prospective Suppliers, and Service Providers: Full name, photograph, tax information, bank account summary, signature, advanced electronic signature, email, landline and mobile phone numbers, fax, address – postal code, state, country, city or municipality, neighborhood, locality, cross streets, street name, exterior and interior number –, CURP, RFC; company they work for, job title, articles of incorporation, power of attorney, phone, fax, email addresses, company address – same details –, billing data (corporate name, RFC, electronic invoice, bank details, bank name, account number, CLABE, SWIFT, ABBA – in case of international transfers). Image and voice captured via electronic means such as videoconferencing, telepresence, and video calls.
Documentation (copies): Official ID with photo, tax ID certificate (RFC), bank statements, and proof of address.
Event and/or training participants: Full name, gender, email address, landline and mobile phone numbers. Image and voice captured via electronic means such as videoconferencing, telepresence, video calls, online seminars, training, and/or courses.
Website visitors: Full name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, country, state, city, and visitor IP address. Image and voice captured via electronic means as described above.
Physical office visitors: Name, official ID with photograph, company of employment, person being visited, image captured via security surveillance systems. Image and voice captured via electronic means such as videoconferencing, telepresence, video calls.
Social media interactions (Facebook or Twitter): We only collect the username or contact name of individuals who interact with us through these platforms. We may access your profile picture, but do not store or use it for any other purpose.
– Primary purpose: To contact you for sending quotes, educational content, organizing, acquiring, and delivering courses, training, and seminars; to request information; and in general to provide our services.
– Security purpose: You may be recorded by surveillance systems within our facilities and the immediate surrounding perimeter.
– COVID-19 contingency: In adherence to health recommendations by the Federal Government regarding social distancing, interactions with clients will be carried out via the electronic means described above.
– Session recordings: Only upon request or express agreement by the client will sessions be recorded for future consultation. As a general rule, communications are not recorded or stored.

If you do not receive a response or if it is unsatisfactory, you have 15 business days to contact INAI to initiate a rights protection procedure.
6. Changes to the Privacy Notice:
Changes to this Privacy Notice will be communicated via email, directly at our facilities, or through this website and social media channels.
7. Cookies and Web Beacons:
This website does not use cookies or web beacons that collect personal data.
